making·fixing·selling
Matt's specialty is the manufacturing of one-off or batch parts for both the home user and trade.
We specialise in fixing and restoring things that still have plenty of life in them rather than sending them to landfill.

Green Ralph Cargo Bicycle
This is our cargo bike, lovingly named 'Green Ralph' after the Raleigh we used to build it, and the amount of bits and bobs re-used to make it as 'green' as possible.
This particular Ralph has 24 gears, 700c front wheel, 20" back wheel, rim brakes and has the option of either a flat bed for loading or an 80 litre tub to carry cargo. You may have seen it knocking about?
We may be able to build you a similar bike to order, just get in touch for more details.
Restoration
We can restore old tools, or even vintage belongings like this old blow lamp. Did you know that these are
still used when restoring jewellery - they're simply unbeatable when it comes to delicate pieces.
Bicycles
Had a year or two away from your bicycle or is it due a service or restoration? Let Matt give it the once over before you jump back on. A service, maybe one or two new parts for safety, a clean sprocket and maybe even a new coat of paint. You'll feel like you have a brand new bike!
Experts In Re-using Where Possible
Can you spot the re-used part on this Myford ML7 Lathe? Probably not, because Matt managed to re-use an original Myford part - and from another ML7 nonetheless! Wherever he can, he will do his best for the environment by re-using a part or even making a new one from recycled barstock and don't worry, it will nearly always look either brand new or blend in enough to be completely hidden in plain sight, just like in the lathe in the above picture.
